TOMÁS GODOY FOUQUET
Director of Football & Men's First Team Coach
Originally from Chile, Tomás has lived in New Zealand for over twelve years with his wife and their young daughter. Since joining Waterside Karori in 2024 he has worked to implement his vision and mission to help players fall in love with the game through our programmes, intense training and mindset, and introduce a little piece of South American flair to the experience.

MARTY RODWELL
Director of Football & Women's First Team Coach
Marty is our women's Central League team head coach and Director of Football in the Women's and Junior space. He has a background in coaching across clubs, schools and community programmes. Marty joins Waterside Karori in 2025 from Fencibles United in Auckland where he worked for several years developing pathways across the club.

JEN LARRICK
Director of Girls Football [TBC]
Jen coaches junior and youth players in our women's and girls' space and has both an academic and practical coaching background. Most recently, she coached at Cardiff Metropolitan University in Wales while studying for her Doctorate in Sport Coaching. Jen's doctoral studies focus on feminist approaches to coaching. In addition to her DOF role at WKAFC, Jen plays for the Wharfies women's first team.

Men's Reserves and U17 TDP Head Coach
This is Chris's third stint with Karori AFC, showcasing his longstanding commitment
to the club. His journey began coaching his son’s team in the junior programme,
progressing to coaching the U15s and U17s, and contributing to the U19s as part of the Swifts Academy. Last year, Chris served as Head Coach of the Karori Reserves, competing in the Capital Premier league. His coaching philosophy centres on
fostering fun and creativity, unlocking player potential, and cultivating a love for the game.

TORY SCHILTGEN
Coaching Advisor
Tory serves in a club advisory role since joining the Wellington Phoenix women's coaching staff in late 2024. Tory has previously worked in the junior and youth space, as Director of Football, and coached our senior women's teams and leading our women's first team to a second-place finish in the 2024 Women's National League.
