Weekly training for U6–9 (for players turning 6, 7, 8 or 9 in 2026)

Emerging Swifts is designed to build the skills and a love for the game in the next generation of Karori players, and complement our Saturday morning Foundation Football programme.

Emerging Swifts trainings incorporating a mixture of small sided football games and skill building activities. These games and activities are designed to be enjoyable, while also helping players to develop their football technique, game understanding, and general movement and coordination skills.

Trainings are delivered by the club's highly qualified coaching team, who place an emphasis on having fun and building a love for the game.

Coaches will work with players in small groups of similar age and ability.​​​
